SHIPPING
 

All products are made upon order, it takes 1-4 weeks to reach us from our manufacturer. We believe good things are worth the wait!

While we estimate the delivery to be within 1-4 weeks, there are inevitable factors that may cause delays in shipping such as adverse weather conditions, freight issues, delayed customs inspection, etc.

 

 

 

Cases as such are not entitled to refunds.

Fret not, all possible delays will be informed personally via emails once we have the information.

 

DELIVERY IN SINGAPORE
Flat delivery fee at $15 for orders below $500.

Free delivery for orders over $500.

Please note that we will only be able to hold the items for 5 working days (maximum) upon the arrival of the shipment. Please let us know in advance if you have a preferred delivery date.

Delivery timing is from Monday-Friday, between 1pm - 6pm only.

 

INSTALLATION
Complimentary installation will provided if it is stated in the product description. 

 

SALES

All sales item sold are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

 

DISCLAIMER
Colour of the product may vary slightly due to a different colour and brightness settings on individual computers.

Product warranty is valid for 14 days upon delivery and it only covers the manufacturer’s fault.
