- All sales are final and refund/exchange shall only be applicable if there is a manufacturer defect. Items must be in unused condition and original packaging and must be returned within 3 days of collection/delivery.
- Full refund in the product cost will only be applicable in the event that one-to-one exchange is unavailable.
- Items are covered under 12 months limited warranty (excluding wear-and-tear). Free bulbs are not valid for warranty. In the rare event of lamps not working within the warranty period, kindly inform us asap.
- One to one exchange is only available if item is beyond repair. Do take note there will be a transportation fee of $30/trip
- Seller's obligation to supply item(s) ordered is subject to availability of such item(s); refund will be given only to non-available items(s). Please retain your receipt for warranty purpose.
